The azaleas are coming out in full bloom (& the pollen is gone!). The Island just finished its St. Paddy's Day Parade on Pope Avenue & now everyone is getting ready for Easter & our 50th anniversay of The Heritage of Golf at Harbour Town Golf Links the week after the Masters ~ April 9th ~ 15th. It Should be the sports event of the year on the Island! Party Central. it's starting to get crowded already due to the extra cold & snowy weather up north this year. If you come here to look at property now, I can still get you in before the summer crowds get here to rent (& take advantage of that extra rental income if you choose to). With the stock market still strong, the interest rates should go up just a bit but it's not affecting sales here, as they're still relativel low. It seems like people are pulling some or most of their profits out (avoiding the "crash" which may be inevitable) & putting their money into "real property" especially in such a desitrable area like the Hilton Head area.
